The efforts of Troyes and Aube to initiate a transformation in the economic fabric have borne fruit, with a very dynamic tertiary sector involving a wide variety of activities.

Customer relationship centers

With its size (189,000 inhabitants) and its closeness to Paris (150 km), Troyes offers ideal solutions for setting up contact centres on a human scale thanks to:

- Strong efforts by local stakeholders to boost the sector
- A network of subcontractors specialising in IT and telephony, working on behalf of service companies and local outsourcers (tier 1 and tier 2 hotlines)

Dynamism in the sector

Le Cercle des Services: organised by the Troyes Chamber of Commerce and Industry, this club promotes Aube service providers to their clients. Its events include the Magic Business evening, which helps them spread their reputation and encourages new relationships

Plug and Start days :unique in Europe, these are dedicated to innovative entrepreneurs. Each entrepreneur is mentored and benefits from a listening ear, analysis and advice from a network of 230 experts. The Technopole de l'Aube organises two events a year, including a "Campus" event for students with entrepreneurial projects.
