LDR Medical, a firm located in Troyes which aims at Nasdaq (Dec 2010) (December 2010)
Established in 2000 (and supported at that time by Aube Developpement), LDR Medical conquered the world since the Aube Science Park. With 145 employees, the SME specialist of the rachis tries to launch a cervical prosthesis which could lead it to the American stock exchange

The Oxylane group invested 15 million € in Lavau (near Troyes) in its new concept mixing Decathlon store, sports center and dietary restaurant (Dec 2010). (December 2010)
It opened its doors on Friday, December 3rd, a million visitors are hoped the first year.

A sports village on 25 hectares
In Lavau, on 25 ha, 10 000 sqm are already built. Decathlon is already settled on 6 000 sqm. Nearby, Pause Forme, a restaurant devoted to “dietetics and well-balanced food ". As well as MySporteezy, this is going to propose choice of sporting activities for training courses, birthdays, seminaries or sports tournaments.
Also accessible, but in free access (except punctual animations), a covered area of 300 sqm and more than 2 ha of outdoor grounds. With a track of 1,3 km for the rollerblading, skateboard or running, but also a ground in sand for the beach volleyball and the beach soccer, the city stadium for basketball, football and mini-track for athletics. The round of golf is delayed at the moment"/p>

Troyes and its suburbs classified among the most attractive (November 2010)
In its category, Troyes and its suburbs is classified the 5th of the "Top 100 of cities to ste up" by the economic magazine “l’Entreprise” which judges that it offers to companies and their leaders very attractive working conditions.
N Sarkozy, on official visit in the Aube Department, reaffirms its support for the river port (Nov 2010)
On november 4, 2010, Nicolas Sarkozy is going to Malteries Soufflet and to River port in Nogent sur Seine in order to inform his commitment for river transport. On this occasion, Soufflet group plead for “a dynamic logistics, and encourage exports of French products”.

An agribusiness park in Troyes (October 2010)
The project concerns the construction of a 4400 sqm building with 3 units of 1 200 m ². Each will be made of a workshop for cold food processing, storage areas and offices.
The most important malt production of Europe was inaugurated in Nogent-sur-Seine. (June 2010)
Soufflet Group, agrobusiness leader chose Nogent sur Seine to invest. The new site stretches over 5 ha and is made of several buildings. This new factory will permit to produce additional 165 000 tons of malt
Pascal Caffet creates a range of chocolates with Fauchon (in the capital of Pascal Caffet since mars 2010). (June 2010)
The French chocolate maker has created the new collection of top quality chocolate for Fauchon shops. About ten persons should come to strengthen the current staff of 36 employees. Pascal Caffet is owner of ten shops in France and abroad: 3 in Troyes, 2 in Vitry-le-François, 2 in Paris and the others in Japan and in Italy.
